Using our Structural Engineers, we offer a fully integrated design service, ensuring our designs are both beautiful and structurally sound.
We have our own in house Chartered Quantity Surveyor
whose team are able to prepare
budget
estimates for schemes, and to provide our project
cost control
throughout the life time of the project. Reporting to the client so that they can be informed at all times, and so that construction costs can be controlled and the budget met.

Alun Design Consultancy have been Access Consultants since 2001. During this time we have carried out hundreds of Access Audits, and alterations to accommodate the needs of persons with a range of disabilities, including the installation of ramps , wheelchair lifts, hearing loops, passenger lifts, accessible toilets etc. on a broad range of buildings.

Access auditors
are all building professionals who have undergone
specialist training
in
Access awareness
and
Access auditing.

of the centre for
Accessible Environments, a
charity specialising
in
access issues
for disabled people, they remain constantly up to date on what is an evolving area of expertise.
